Positions We Are Actively Hiring For:
PRODUCER
As a Producer, you will step into a dynamic environment to lead high-impact post-production projects, leveraging your creative storytelling and proven script-writing expertise to elevate corporate videos and virtual events. In this role, you will take full ownership of the pipeline, using your proactive problem-solving abilities and rigorous attention to detail to ensure exceptional, consistent quality while keeping all stakeholders seamlessly informed.
EDITOR
As an Editor, you will execute precise edits to advance our storytelling while collaborating closely with the production team to deliver high-quality content. Creativity, collaboration, and technical proficiency are a must.
Positions We Are Building a Bench For:
ASSISTANT EDITOR
As an Assistant Editor, you will be responsible for managing remote video projects, prep footage, and support our post-production team. Lotus is always welcoming of candidates who are organized, a self-starter, punctual, and technically proficient in Premiere Pro and After Affects.
JUNIOR EDITOR
As a Junior Editor, you will be combine technical assembly with artistic vision to enhance diverse digital media projects. This role is ideal for someone who sees themselves as a strategic storyteller who is capable of translating creative intent into seemless visual narratives accross corporate videos, sizzle reels, and commercials.
